As a listing agent, I focus on the elements that directly affect value, marketability, and timing. I personally walk every property and take an active role in evaluation, presentation, and pricing. Listings are supported by professional photography and aerial imagery, carefully written descriptions, and video and 3D virtual tours to provide buyers with an accurate understanding of the property. 

Our marketing strategy is deliberate and targeted, combining mailings, social media exposure, and direct outreach to qualified buyers. This approach is particularly effective for properties where location, land, or non-standard features play a meaningful role in value.

As a buyer’s agent, I apply the same disciplined approach. I help clients identify strong opportunities, including off-market properties, through local market knowledge, clear communication, and responsive representation.

When appropriate, I also advise on limited-exposure or off-market strategies for sellers that value discretion, drawing on established local relationships to ensure accurate positioning and qualified buyer outreach.

The emphasis is on informed decision-making, disciplined execution, and strategies that fit the situation rather than a fixed template.

  • My commission varies on a few items: market conditions, amount of time and expense needed to facilitate your purchase/sale and expenses related. I don’t have a standard fee, everything is customized per client.

  • The bulk of my focus & expertise is from Chassell to Copper Harbor. I occasionally do deals as far as Ontonagon, L’Anse, Toivola, Twin Lakes & Skanee if they are within my niches and If I can add substantial value. I am willing to consider opportunities beyond an hours drive of Houghton however I am most likely going to decline.
